I’m not only the cook, I like to eat as well. When it comes to chicken wings there are many flavour options. Myself I prefer the sauce on the side or none at all so as to not get the wings soggy but hey that’s just me. We have lots of customers who ask us to drown them in hot sauce (mild, medium or hot). Some say that it keeps the chicken wings from drying out and they can easily reheat in the microwave. I guess I wouldn’t know because I never have any left over. 😉
For those who prefer their meat without sauce I have invented a way of dry rub spice or seasonings and it’s delicious! It might sounds easy but it took me almost 1 year to perfect the mix and now 10 years on it’s even better now.
